OKGA : Groups and Activities
The OKGA holds a variety of functions and is affiliated with the following Knox community organisations:
- Senior Knoxonians
- Lodge Knox
- Old Boys' Pipe Band
- Old Boys' Basketball Club
- Old Boys' Cricket Club
- Old Boys' Orienteering Club
- Old Boys' Rugby Club
- Old Boys' Volleyball Club
- Knox United (Old Boys' Football Club)
- Knox Past Parents' Association

| Functions held include:
- Annual chapel and current student confirmation service
- Reunion dinners (for each cohort's five year anniversaries)
- Sport on Gala Day
- In conjunction with the School, Knox community dinners in the country, interstate and overseas
