If there are any changes/cancellations, the Sports Master will put a message on the answering service with details.
When in any doubt, go to the venue at the scheduled starting time as we play if at all possible - a short or modified game is better than no game at all. If there is any danger or risk there is always the option, in consultation with the other coach, not to play or to stop the game.
Noticeboards
The primary means of communicating information to students during the school day is the noticeboards, most of which are located around the McKenzie building.
It is vital students get into the habit of scanning the urgent noticeboard in front of the McKenzie building several times each day. In addition, students should regularly check noticeboards in the nearby breezeway for their particular sports and Year group activities and implement the instructions accordingly. Students are aware they need to visit this area at a minimum twice each school day.
