General Enquires: Ms Bonnie McDonald, 9487 0127 Mrs Sally Mitchell, 9473 9764 2008 Masters in Charge (MIC) of individual sports - contact numbers. There is a wide range of choice for sport at Knox and on any weekend, as many as 90 Knox teams may be taking the field against other schools and clubs.
Swimming and Track and Field Knox has a long tradition in these two sports at the Associated Schools carnival and extensive programs are now year-round. The aquatic program includes learn-to-swim classes, junior development, senior squads, swimming as a non-competitive sport, fitness and rehabilitation, diving with professional outside coaches, a senior and intermediate water polo team as well as the Knox-Pymble Swim Club, which competes in District, Metropolitan, State and National Championships. Track and field training commences in Term 3 and is open to all students regardless of their sport choice. Training sessions are run before and after school throughout the year. The School also has a club, Knox Macquarie, which attends summer competitions on Friday nights and weekends.
