There is a wide range of choice for sport at Knox and on any weekend, as many as 90 Knox teams may be taking the field against other schools and clubs.

The aquatic program includes learn-to-swim classes, junior development, senior squads, swimming as a non-competitive sport, fitness and rehabilitation, diving with professional outside coaches, a senior and intermediate water polo team as well as the Knox-Pymble Swim Club, which competes in District, Metropolitan, State and National Championships.
Track and field training commences in Term 3 and is open to all students regardless of their sport choice. Training sessions are run before and after school throughout the year. The School also has a club, Knox Macquarie, which attends summer competitions on Friday nights and weekends.
Other Activities Skiing and snowboarding teams are organised to compete in school championships conducted during vacations. Students are not permitted to enter ski events during term time or on weekends during term time.
A number of sports offer the opportunity for boys to obtain refereeing qualifications. |
