Anzac Memorial Service and Parade


The wider community is invited to the Knox Grammar Annual Anzac Memorial Service and Parade on Sunday 7 May 2017 at 8.30am.

The event, which was first held in 1931, will include performances by the Knox Pipes and Drums and readings by students.

More than 1,000 Cadets from Knox Grammar and Ravenswood School for Girls will be involved in the Parade, which will take place immediately after the Service.

We are delighted to welcome as our Reviewing Officer His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd) Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia.

The Reviewing Officer will deliver the address and take the salute at the march past of the Cadet Unit.

This event is open to the public and we warmly invite the community to attend.

Event information

Attendees are requested to be seated by 8.30am in the Memorial Quadrangle, Knox Senior School, Pacific Highway, Wahroonga, with the service to commence at 8.40am.  The parade will take place on Knox 1 Oval.

Parking will be strictly limited. Attendees are encouraged to use public transport.
