Payment Policy
All School fees and other charges are due and payable at the time specified on the rendered account unless other arrangements are agreed with the School.

Application, enrolment and entrance fees are non-refundable.
Tuition Fees in Advance
Knox offers a facility for families to pay School fees in advance. Two or more years of tuition fees can be paid in one amount at the current tuition fee rates. The School contracts to charge no additional tuition fees for the agreed period, subject to the conditions contained in the agreement. Normal charges for all extras will be payable from time to time.
By paying fees in advance, provision for your son's fees can be secured at the current tuition fee level(s). While your son remains at Knox, there would be certainty for you that the payment of tuition fees has been met, notwithstanding changes in personal circumstance that may occur.
If the student leaves Knox earlier than expected, unless one term's notice is given, the usual one term's fees in lieu of notice will apply. The School will refund 90% of the unused portion of fees. If the student repeats a year, the tuition fees for that year will be paid at the rate prevailing for the year repeated.
