Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman, considered by many scholars as the greatest play of the 20th Century, will be performed by senior students from Knox Grammar with students from Ravenswood School, Pymble Ladies' College and Loreto College Normanhurst.
Thursday 28, Friday 29 and Saturday 30 November, 7.30pm
Knox Drama Centre, Senior School
Set in the late 1940s in New York, the play depicts the salesman Willy Loman and his struggles to make a decent living and to confront his failures as a father to his two sons.
HSC Drama students at Knox are studying Death of a Salesman as the production is being developed.
“We have encouraged the students to make significant contributions to the development of their own roles,” said Head of Drama Michael Griffiths. “This production will challenge and move all who see it,” he said.
