The boys from Knox Prep welcomed Adrian Talbot, a competitor from the 2014 Australian Invictus Games Team, and the Invictus Games Sydney 2018 mascot Cobber to the school to learn more about the upcoming games.
Adrian spoke to the boys about the role of the games in transforming the lives of those who have served their country and how the boys can take inspiration from the resilience of those competing.
