
'Attention’, ‘corpses’, ‘exciting’, ‘haste’, ‘lullaby’ and ‘kidnapped’ - these were among the words spelt correctly by Henry Liu, who took out first place in the Year 3 Spelling Bee Competition.
Knox Grammar School
Over five weeks, all boys in Year 3 took part in the competition, with seven boys selected to compete in the final at the end of Term 1: Jaray Foo, James O’Brien, Marcus Sidebottom, Leon Li, Henry Liu, Jake Nipatcharoen and Ian Song.
