The annual carnival is a fantastic occasion and showpiece event for the Combined Associated Schools and the Tartan Army was out in force.
Track and Field Captains Ollie Davey (Y12), Leo Phijidvijan (Y12) and James Harden (Y11) were inspirational in their leadership of the team, which netted 20 1st placings.

There was a scintillating finish to the night in the 4x100m Relays, where the 16 Year Olds 4x100m Relay team gathered momentum to jump from 5th to 1st over the last two legs of the race.

Head of Knox Sport and Aquatic Academy Mr Martin Haywood said he was “incredibly proud” of all athletes.
“They’ve come together as a team to perform at an elite level and accomplish outstanding results,” Mr Haywood said.
“Many members of the team had notable personal bests and records on the night and our Tartan Army was phenomenal in their support of the team.
“Congratulations to Trinity on first place for 2023.”
A special mention of record-setter Archie Hetherington (Y7), who finished on 2:07.54 in the Boys 13 800m.
Well done to our athletes.
