We warmly invite you to join us for Gala Day 2025, on Saturday 3 May from 10am to 4pm held at the Senior School Campus.
Knox Grammar School
Established in 1978, Gala Day is the largest community event of year! This all-day celebration features food and market stalls, children’s rides and activities, live music, sports fixtures and so much more.
Organised by the Knox Parents’ Association, all funds raised are used for learning equipment and resources to benefit our students.
You’ll find a huge range of delicious snacks, treats and meals to fuel your energy for the festivities, with souvlaki, spit roast, Asian food, barbeque, doughnuts, barista coffee, gelato, and more! There’s also a range of quality market stalls, offering boutique products including homewares, giftware, children’s toys, jewellery, and candles.
You’ll also find at Gala Day the very popular Boarding Parents’ Fresh Produce stall, the Bargain bazaar, the Giant book sale, the Old Boys’ stall, the Classic cars display and the Social Justice stall, amongst a great variety of activities.
Kids can make memories with an abundance of games, rides, and things to do! From a 9D Mobile Cinema, to the Tea Cup and Saucer, to a Rock Climbing Wall, the young ones will have entertainment for the whole day.
Throughout the day, we’ve organised a program of live music for you to enjoy. Our Rugby, Tennis, Volleyball and other sports teams will be adding to the community spirit of the day.
Tickets are currently available for our Gala Day Raffle. We have a fabulous pool of prizes, with the proceeds contributing to additional resources for the boys. See what you could win here.
We’re excited to see the Knox community out and about at Knox Grammar School on Saturday 3 May. All are welcome to come enjoy the festivities.

“We were motivated to invent a tool that would help the community and society, by making an application not just for us students,” said Daniel (Year 11). “From what I’ve observed, our Student Administration Officer takes a lot of phone calls about student absence, and she could have more time to be focused on more meaningful tasks.”
