Citation: Knox Grammar Preparatory School’s new platform for deep, conceptual learning equips students with the skills to thrive in the modern world. Each year, students complete five Knoxigations inquiry units in five domains of learning: Stories of the World and its People, Interconnected Systems, Sustainable Solutions, Tinkering Towards Tomorrow, and Global Changemakers. Each unit utilises Load Reduction Instruction theory and is embedded with the use of technology. The school also uses an online adaptive assessment tool that gathers information about what students know, can do, and are ready to learn, to offer a personalised learning program in English and Mathematics.
