Three days, 5561 push-ups. Well done Senior School!
Knox Grammar School
In the final week of Term 2 students in the Wellbeing and Social Justice Portfolio Learning Teams held a push-up challenge to spread awareness about the importance of taking care of mental health through exercise.

Men's Health Month is marked each year in June and it was a great opportunity to share important information about physical and mental fitness.
The three winners of the challenge were Jock (Y10) with 260 push-ups, Charles (Y10) with 218 push-ups, and Ignacio (Y11) with 203 push-ups.
Headmaster Scott James, Director of Co-Curricular Operations Chuck Ardron, and PDHPE teacher and Year 8 Team Leader Adam Shaw led the charge, and many more staff members also stepped up to the challenge.
Congratulations to the Wellbeing Committee, Social Justice Committee and School Psychologist Melinda Price for organising this great event.
