Staff Inspired to Challenge their Limits at Twilight Networking Event

Attendees later gathered in the Drama Theatre to hear from internationally bestselling author, former state champion boxer and business owner Luke Kennedy, whose engaging presentation explored leadership through the lens of authenticity, resilience and service. Blending humour with honest personal stories, Luke challenged attendees to consider how vulnerability, self-awareness and genuine human connection can strengthen leadership in teaching and learning. He also shared practical habits that support wellbeing, build resilience and foster stronger team connections.

Through sharing his own powerful journey, he inspired all to challenge their limits, embrace personal responsibility, and recognise the impact we all can have on the lives of those around us.

Reflecting on the presentation, Dr Andrew Weeding (Deputy Headmaster K-12 and Head of Senior School) noted the strong alignment between Luke's APEX leadership model and Knox's Service Leadership philosophy:
