More than 350 students from around Australia attended the annual Knox Ravenswood Student-Led Wellbeing Conference, united in a shared focus on building empathy, connection, perspective and positive psychology. Through a considered program of student-led workshops and activations, the science of wellbeing was explored in practical and meaningful ways.
Students heard from James Castrission (OKG00), entrepreneur, leadership consultant and adventurer, who reflected on an extraordinarily challenging expedition, highlighting the importance of embracing challenge in a measured and sustainable way. He was followed by Alex Moffat, NeuroLeadership Institute facilitator and award-winning magician, who explored the topic of neuroplasticity and the power of a growth mindset.
