Knox surf life savers have hit beach, with 60 students participating in the sport.
Knox students patrol at Whale Beach Surf Life Saving Club on the Northern Beaches each Saturday throughout the summer sports season, with the relationship between the Whale Beach SLSC and Knox dating back to 1999.
This season we have 23 students working towards their Bronze Medallion, eight completing their Surf Rescue Certificate and nine who have just been awarded their Advanced Resuscitation Techniques Certificate.
The boys are currently training hard each week for the inter-school beach competitions which start in Term 1.
Surf Life Saving is one of the more than 25 sports on offer for boys in the Senior School.
