KNOX SPORTS AND AQUATIC ACADEMY
The Knox Sports and Aquatic Academy was established in 2005 to encompass the School's sports program with the aim to further manage, develop and promote all facets of sport for students in Kindergarten to Year 12.
PATHWAYS FOR ELITE ATHLETES AT KNOX
Knox Grammar School has recently established Pathways for Elite Athletes at Knox (PEAK), a program to support and assist high performance student athletes to achieve excellence in sport, while achieving their best academically. For more information, please see the PEAK webpage.
TRAINING AND MATCHES
Senior school students have at least one weekday after school training as well as a weekly Saturday sport commitment during the summer and winter sport seasons.
COMPETITIONS
Knox is a member of the Associated Schools of New South Wales (CAS). The School plays competitive sports fixtures against the five other CAS Schools: Barker College, Cranbrook School, St Aloysius College, Trinity Grammar School and Waverley College. Trial and pre-season fixtures are played against the GPS and ISA Schools.

All boys are coached by experienced coaches, with the school providing expert training in Positive Psychology. Several former Olympians and Australian representatives are on our coaching staff.
