Years 8-11 2024 Orientation Hub

We extend a warm welcome to Knox as you join our Senior School community.

This Orientation Hub includes important information about uniform appointments, textbook and resource lists, Sport and Music programs, and mandatory forms.

To help you and your son prepare for starting in 2024, a checklist is provided below.

Included in your Orientation pack are a number of booklets which contain key information for boys and families.

Mandatory Forms

In preparation for the 2024 school year, we request that you log in to your Parent Lounge account, check your contact details, Student Background (MCEEDCYA details), and enter or update medical details for your son. We ask that you do this prior to your son commencing in January 2024.

To access the Parent Lounge you will need to have first set up your Knox account. You will have received an email fromhelpdesk@idmail.knox.nsw.edu.au with the subject line ‘Welcome to your Knox Grammar School Parent Account’ containing details about how to set up your account. Once your account is set up, you will be able to access the Parent Lounge by clicking the Parent Lounge link in your welcome email. Parent Lounge can also be accessed via the Knox Portal https://portal.knox.nsw.edu.au and selecting Parent Lounge. Our Clinic staff will be reviewing all medical information entered.

BOOKS - Order your books via the link. Orders open 1 December 2023, and should be placed by 8 December 2023.

KNOX LAPTOP PROGRAM - The Knox Senior School Laptop Program Acknowledgement Form is to be printed and signed by both the parent/guardian and the student and then brought to school with you at the time of collection of the laptop. Laptops will not be issued without a signed copy of this form. There are no exceptions.
