2. FIRST INTERVIEW
After we have reviewed and assessed your application, shortlisted candidates will be invited to an initial interview, which is conducted with the Hiring Manager and People and Culture. This meeting provides you and the School the opportunity to determine that there is good fit in relation to the role, team and School.
3. Second Interview or Lesson Demonstration
Depending on a number of factors, we may invite you back for a second interview or lesson demonstration.
4. Reference Checks
The quality of our work is at the forefront of what we do at Knox. To ensure a continuously high standard, the People and Culture Department will carry out reference checks (with your express consent). At this stage, our People and Culture Advisors may also ask for additional documentation and certificates needed to proceed with your application.
5. Contract Offer
Once all relevant information has been discussed or obtained, and a hiring decision has been made, the People and Culture department will contact you with an offer and to discuss next steps regarding contract formalities. Once the contract has been signed we look forward to welcoming you to the Knox community.
