Years 3-6 2026 Orientation Hub
We extend a warm welcome to Knox to the boys of Years 3-6 as they join our Prep School community in 2026.
This Orientation Hub includes important information about uniform appointments, textbook and resource lists, sport, clubs and music programs, and mandatory forms.
To help you and your son prepare for starting in Years 3-6 in 2026, a checklist is provided below.

Information about the sports available starts on page 27 of the Orientation Booklet. If you have not selected a sport for 2026, please contact the Prep Sports Coordinator.
Textbooks and Stationery
Information about textbooks and stationery is on page 23 of the Orientation Booklet.
Orders should be placed by 3 December 2025.
Knox iPad Program
The Knox Prep School iPad Program Acknowledgement Form is to be printed and signed by both the parent/guardian and the student and then brought to school with you at the time of collection of the laptop. iPads will not be issued without a signed copy of this form. There are no exceptions.

After School Care is provided by OSHClub. The OSHClub registration process does not incur a fee; however, it does give peace of mind should families get caught up at work or in traffic. All students enrolled in a Co-Curricular Club are required to register for OSHClub.

Mandatory Data Collection
In preparation for the 2026 school year, we request that you log in to your Parent Lounge account, check your contact details, Student Background (MCEECDYA details), and enter or update medical details for your son. We ask that you do this by 9 January 2026.
To access the Parent Lounge, you will need to have first set up your Knox account. You will have received an email from helpdesk@idmail.knox.nsw.edu.au with the subject line ‘Welcome to your Knox Grammar School Parent Account’ containing details about how to set up your account. Once your account is set up, you will be able to access the Parent Lounge by clicking the Parent Lounge link in your welcome email. Parent Lounge can also be accessed via Knoxi (the Knox portal) https://knoxi.au/ and selecting Parent Lounge from your dashboard.
