A REWARDING EXPERIENCE
In 2022, we implemented the School’s first Employee Engagement Survey. Sponsored by the School Executive's Team, and led by the Knox Staff Wellbeing Committee, the survey provided us with insights to staff morale, satisfaction, and engagement at Knox and opportunities for continuous improvement. This is now an annual program, which includes a range of follow up activities where staff have the opportunity to continue to share their voice on the things that matter most to them.
